Plex Server not detecting my HD Homerun tuner on my mac mini m4

Server Version#: 4.160.0 Player Version#: ? Recently switch my plex server to a mac mini m4 and when I try to add my HD Homerun tuner to my Live TV and DVR it will not recognize the tuner I even tried to manually add the IP address it said that there was a problem adding the device..(ip address) I checked to see if there where on the same network and also the same subnet mask and they were both the same. I checked the mac mini firewall and turn it off, I also went to the mac mini local network and toggled the Plex Media Server off and on with restarting my plex server and it still can’t find t
