MIDLAND, Texas – Permian Resources Corporation (“Permian Resources” or the “Company”) (NYSE: PR) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock, or $0.64 per share on an annualized basis. The base dividend is payable on June 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2026.
