Closing the Distance — Our Tech Immersion Program

Teads’ Immersion Program exists to turn colleagues who only know each other through a screen into colleagues who know each other, full stop — a few weeks working side by side with people you’d otherwise only ever wave at over video call. This time, we talk to two engineers from our Ljubljana of ice who pointed themselves in opposite directions. Matija Vizintin, Principal Cloud Platform Engineer, flew to Israel to share a desk with a team he’s worked with for nearly a decade.
