Global health inequity is increasingly driven by the triple planetary crisis of climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. Addressing this requires placing health at the center of climate and environmental policy and addressing both individual behavior and the structural drivers of inequality. This paper provides possible avenues for research and policy actions.
