Choosing OpenProject twice: Why employees come back

Every now and then, we hear a familiar kind of announcement in our weekly company meeting: Someone is joining OpenProject, except they aren’t actually entirely new. They worked with us before and have now decided to come back. After hearing announcements like this a few times, we started wondering how often it had actually happened.
