Global Classifiers Input Button

It would be lovely if I could just type in new global classifiers in the training menu instead of having to find them in articles. I think there is also a lot of potential for improving flexibility related to global classifiers by adding systems for either weighting or rules or both. I can imagine an option to create groups of global classifiers, and then assign a priority for them, or rules for the classifiers.
