Polyglot voices now support Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese

We have enabled Polyglot voice support for Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese. Polyglot voices speak almost 100 different languages, and can now also read both Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese. This is significantly expanding available voice options for both languages - adding 40 additional voices, and allowing you to use the same voice to generate content consistently across multiple languages.
