Platform Integration Terms & Conditions

The Platform Integration Terms and Conditions, together with the Order Form (collectively, the “ Agreement ”), is by and between Moov Financial, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“ Moov “), and you or the Person on whose behalf you are accepting the Agreement (“ Company “), and is effective as of the effective date set forth in the Order Form (the “ Effective Date ”).
