Merchant Processing Services Terms

The Merchant Processing Services Terms, together with the Commercial User Terms (except Sections 1.6(a) , 1.6(c) , 1.6(d) , and 1.6(e) of the Commercial User Terms), govern User’s access to and use of the Merchant Processing Services.
