This Consent to Electronic Delivery of IRS Forms (this “ Consent ”) provides disclosures required under guidance published by the Internal Revenue Service (“ IRS ”). Publication 1179 of the IRS requires Moov Financial, Inc. (“ Moov ”) to obtain affirmative consent from you or the Person on whose behalf you are accepting this Consent (“ User ”) in order to provide User with any applicable tax-related documents, including any Form 1099 (e.g., Form 1099-K) and Form 1042-S (each, an “ IRS Form ”) by electronic delivery.
