Update: ModMed® MIPS Qualified Registry Status Reinstated & Termination Rescinded

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has confirmed ModMed’s status as a Qualified Registry for the 2026 performance year. As previously communicated, clients can continue to document, track, and directly submit 2026 MIPS Quality data through the ModMed Registry for the performance year ending December 31, 2026. In addition, CMS recently rescinded its termination of the ModMed Registry, and we expect the Qualified Registry Qualified Postings to be updated soon to reflect this.
