Direct OpenTelemetry ingestion into Azure Monitor is now generally available

Direct OpenTelemetry ingestion into Azure Monitor reaches general availability, enabling teams to send observability data using open standards without proprietary SDKs or agents. The capability supports the full OpenTelemetry specification for traces, metrics, and logs across any language or framework.
