Objectives: Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is no longer a future health problem but rather a present public health crisis. For over a decade, national AMR awareness initiatives have been undertaken in Tanzania to implement National Action Plans (NAPs). However, the assessment of whether these initiatives have reached the target population is still limited.
