Postbiological intelligence, interstellar colonization of cyberspaces and the Fermi Paradox: implications for SETI and SETA

I propose that a continuity in the evolution of intelligent life in the Universe during its transition from biological to postbiological depends on a commonality of the evolutionary trajectories of biological life and postbiological life. Such a commonality exists in the form of the universal property of life.
