Threads: Meta's New Social Network

Introduction Threads is a new social network by Meta. With a feature set that is very similar to Twitter/X, it launched on July 5, 2023 (December 14, 2023 in Europe) achieving a fast growth (reaching 100 million users in just 5 days) but with the user base slowly decreasing shortly afterwards. Nonetheless, with Meta being a key player in the social landscape, it’s a network worth understanding and keeping track of.
