Issue with support cases being created on support.klara.com

Jun 16 , 07:59 EDT Resolved - This issue is resolved. Jun 15 , 14:42 EDT Identified - We are currently experiencing an issue where cases submitted via support.klara.com support center were not being generated and emailed to our support team starting from June 13th. We have not lost these cases and are recreating them with our support team now, so there may be a short delay on hearing an response.
