Lefthand P4335 node stuck in Starting/Stopping

Hi, we have a 2 node P4335 SAN, with a FOM. 1 node has suffered hardware failure. The other node is OK, but no matter what we try when it starts up we receive messages in the CMC saying that the following systems report that they are running managers in a Management Group, but the management group thinks they are not running managers: The Ok node.
