Integrity RX6600: Windows Server 2003 setup can't find any hard disk drives installed.

The only iso image I’ve actually got to boot is “ en_windows_server_2003_with_sp1_enterprise_ia64_dvd.iso” from https://archive.org/details/srv2003itanium . I’ve tried using HP Smart setup 6.22 and 5.50 but I get the same error. Once I boot into the Windows setup utility and type in the administrator password I want to use the setup utility tells me it can’t find any hard disk drives.
