500,000 identifiers and counting!

We’ve crossed an incredible milestone: more than 500,000 people have become identifiers on iNaturalist. Many of you reading this know that when you upload an observation, it’s often someone else — an identifier — who can tell you or confirm what you found. Maybe they leave a note about what to look for next time, or how to tell two similar species apart.
