This release, ilert ships dedicated incident management, separate from status updates. Incidents are now an internal coordination workspace with parallel escalations, incident channels, incident commander, severity levels, a real-time timeline, and post-mortems. Status updates remain the communication layer for customers and stakeholders, now with their own dedicated page.
