Dental benefits administrator DentaQuest was breached by ShinyHunters in May 2026, resulting in disclosure of 2.6 million unique email addresses plus names, addresses, and phone numbers. Exposed materials included healthcare enrollment files containing Medicaid IDs and member records, and DentaQuest acknowledged the incident stating they had contained the attack and mitigated the threat.
