HAMi v2.10.0 Release: Flexible MIG, Composable Scheduling, and an Expanded Accelerator Ecosystem

HAMi v2.10.0 is officially released. This release brings dynamic Flexible MIG, a new mutex scheduling policy, a NUMA-aware sort fix with composable scheduler policies, gang-scheduling (PodGroup) support, AMD MI300X and Biren device support, deeper Ascend management with heterogeneous vNPU/HAMi-core mode and monitoring, and a KAI Scheduler + HAMi-core integration.
