403 Error (CloudFlare Challenge) when downloading models

Hello, Anyone know how I can resolve this issue? I cant download any models and just get back a 403 which seems to be a CloudFlare challenge. I tried with a curl command as well HailoRT version: 5.1.1 Device: Raspberry Pi 5 with AI HAT+ 2 The exact URL being blocked: https://dev-public.hailo.ai/v5.1.0/blob/Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct.hef curl -v https://dev-public.hailo.ai/v5.1.0/blob/Qwen2.5-1.5B-Instruct.hef Host dev-public.hailo.ai:443 was resolved.
