What GAO Found In May 2025, GAO identified eight priority recommendations for the General Services Administration (GSA). Since then, GSA has implemented two recommendations and we have removed the priority designation from one recommendation. In June 2026, GAO identified an additional six priority recommendations, bringing the total to 11.
