Analyzing Korean Population crisis through Google data studio

Population crisis in Korea As you can see from above their population is not decreasing its increasing constantly . So why so much worry ,because the rate of increase of Population is decreasing . As per my opinion its not a crisis ,I think they are doing sensible thing they are not increasing at fast pace which is sensible if the country is not expanding the population overload can lead to scarcity  of resourced .Although  proper distribution of resources is also crucial for overall prosperity of  a nation .
