Virtual Classic Bluetooth Implementation

I have both an ESP8266 and an ESP32 on my bench and I need them to present themselves as a “virtual” Classic Bluetooth device—think along the lines of a transparent SPP link, but I’m open to other approaches that meet the same end-goal… (Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500 INR, Jobs: Arduino, Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Electronics, Embedded Systems, Firmware Development, Microcontroller, Software Development)
