Need Community Manager assistance: Orphaned Aerohive APs without original invoices

Hi team, We recently acquired or inherited physical custody of 3 legacy Aerohive access points that are currently locked to an unknown ExtremeCloud IQ (VIQ) account from a former IT administrator who is no longer with the company. TPT portal Because we do not have the original purchase invoices or contract numbers, GTAC has been unable to process a standard release through the portal. However, we have full physical possession of the hardware and can provide clear photos of the MAC and serial number tags on the back of each device as proof.
