SKINR on ESI: color outside the lines

Somewhere in New Eden, a SKINR creator is nudging a pattern half a degree to the left until it sits exactly right; a ship undocks wearing the finished design; and a SKINdustrialist makes a decent chunk of PLEX selling it to excited capsuleers.
