Why did you join Ethos? Life insurance is a massive market that hasn’t been meaningfully disrupted by technology. Ethos was moving faster than incumbents and I was drawn to the mission and momentum. I didn’t come from an insurance background, but I was impressed by how smart, humble, and grounded the team was.
