I note the two: openEHR-EHR-CLUSTER.issue.v0 openEHR-EHR-EVALUATION.issue.v0 IMHO the cluster one slotted in to an appropriate evaluation archetype (e.g. Problem/Diagnosis) is right. But having two in CKM is confusing and I suggest resolving this.
