Reducing RAG Hallucinations With Relationship-Aware Retrieval

Retrieval weaknesses cause hallucination in RAG systems, with models quietly filling the gaps with plausible-sounding but unsupported text when retrieval returns incomplete passages. Relationship-aware retrieval is proposed to reduce these hallucinations.
