U.S. Appeals Court vacates DOT order to unwind Delta/Aeromexico joint venture

The 11 th Circuit Court of Appeals issued its ruling this week in Delta and Aeromexico’ s case against the U.S. Department of Transportation regarding the carriers’ joint venture. Following a lengthy review of the legality of DOT’s order to terminate the approval of the Delta/Aeromexico joint venture, the Court issued its ruling which vacates the DOT’s order to terminate approval, allowing for the joint venture to continue.
