Dapr v1.19 is now available

We’re excited to announce Dapr 1.19! It lets the Scheduler serve actor placement, adds a Binary Store building block and alpha search and vector APIs, and sends workflow workers only the new history events of each turn. It also adds cross-app workflow operations and Kafka transactions, with changes across the runtime, the control plane, actors, components and the SDKs.
