Maintainer spotlight: Tiffany Pek Yuan (@tiif)

Tiffany Pek Yuan began contributing to Rust two years ago through Google Summer of Code and has become a member of the Compiler and Formality teams. She is currently finishing her college degree while working as a Rust maintainer intern in the RustNL Maintainers Team. The spotlight highlights her journey from GSoC participant to core Rust contributor working on compiler correctness and formal verification.
