Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands - TA Program Summary Tiffany.Hyatt@… Fri, 02/13/2026 - 09:26 SSBCI Technical Assistance (TA) Program Overview Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), approved for $468,670 in SSBCI Technical Assistance (TA) grant funding, works with private sector TA providers to offer direct assistance. CNMI uses the SSBCI TA funding to provide legal and financial advisory services to start-up and small firms to help them become bank-ready with a goal to apply for CNMI’s SSBCI Capital Program or other financial support. NMI hopes to work with 60 clients annually over the course of the program with at least 35% successfully securing SSBCI financing and 65% being fully financially capable and operationally ready.
