Custom Stream Value via API

Posting here because my question via CC support ended up moving into API functionality after my UI question was answered. Basically, we were working on custom streams within stream properties to model NGL POP and having them save in the UI and it was a weird save issue that was born out of my stupidity. We figured once the UI saved the custom stream and assigned a value it was roll through the API, but it didn’t.
