South Korea Tests Round-the-Clock Won Settlement to Court Foreign Investors

The Bank of Korea launched a pilot of its first 24-hour won settlement network on Monday, starting with four domestic banks. Full operations are scheduled for January 2027, when foreign banks and other institutions can join.
