ECB Taps Deutsche Bank, Revolut and 34 Others to Pilot the Digital Euro

The European Central Bank has selected 36 payment service providers, including Deutsche Bank, Revolut and Adyen, for its digital euro pilot. The 12-month test begins in the second half of 2027 across the ECB and 19 national central banks.
