Access - Share identity providers across accounts with IdP federation

Cloudflare Access now supports IdP federation, allowing organizations to share a single identity provider across multiple Cloudflare accounts instead of configuring it separately in each. The feature includes automatic lifecycle management and read-only connections in recipient accounts that route authentication through a bridge application in the source account.
