If your company pays for a Salesforce edition that includes Agentforce, its agents are now on, and the on/off toggle is going away later in Winter ‘27. Reasonable, and Salesforce kept the controls that matter: an off switch for the feature, an activate switch per agent, a permission for who may build. But on is not approved.
