Requesting a refund

If you’re unsatisfied with a Change.org contribution or membership charge , you can request a refund by contacting our Support team . Change.org will issue refunds for both petition promotions and membership charges if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, provided you request the refund within 3 months of making the contribution or charge. Important: Change.org reserves the right not to issue refunds in cases of abuse.
