USA₮ Agentic Payments Are Now Live on Celo’s Native x402 Facilitator

Agents on Celo can now pay with the US Dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Anchorage and supported by Tether, the sixth stablecoin supported by x402.celo.org Celo Core Co.’s native x402 facilitator now enables agentic payments using USA₮, the US Dollar-backed stablecoin issued by Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. and supported by Tether. The addition comes just days after Celo became the first chain to support local currency agentic payments with Ripio’s Argentine Peso, Brazilian Real, and Colombian Peso stablecoins (wARS, wBRL, and wCOP).
