Canvas Medical released Custom Data for its SDK, enabling developers to build complete healthcare applications with their own data models running inside the Canvas EMR runtime with full patient context. It offers CustomModels (structured database tables with typed fields, indexes, and relationships) and AttributeHubs (a lightweight key-value store), joining Custom UX and SimpleAPI as the third leg of the stool.
