Buttondown now allows newsletter owners to leave private notes on team members they have invited to manage their newsletter, using the same notes interface available for subscribers, tags, and surveys. These notes stay private from subscribers and live directly in the team member’s drawer, enabling teams to document member responsibilities and context without a separate tool. The feature is live for all newsletters on a plan that includes teams.
