Hi Steve, Two contractors in one Bubble app at the same time is where things usually go sideways, and your brief shows you know it: UI only, workflows untouched, every item scoped with a mockup. That is the right setup, and I work within it. I do not touch a workflow I was not asked to touch, and if a layout fix cannot be done without one, I flag it instead of quietly changing it.
