How to add custom npm libraries to the mobile plugin editor?

I’ve been building native mobile plugins for BubbleGo and have published 10 plugins so far on the marketplace. I noticed on the plugin Dependencies page it says: “You can add additional libraries; if your version conflicts with one we ship, ours takes precedence.” But I can’t find any input field or documentation on how to actually add a custom library. I want to add expo-local-authentication to build a biometric authentication plugin (Face ID / Fingerprint) — but it’s not in the built-in library list.
