      <h5>Liz served as Chief Executive Officer of Bloomin’ Brands from November 2009 to April 2019. Liz was responsible for developing and executing Bloomin’ Brands’ long-term objectives, growth strategies, and initiatives for its portfolio of casual and fine dining brands. Her leadership was instrumental in revitalizing the company's core brands, domestically and internationally. Prior to joining Bloomin’ Brands, Liz served as President of  Avon Products, Inc., a manufacturer of beauty products, and, before that, in various leadership positions with Kraft Foods, Inc. Currently, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Bloomin' Brands, Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc., USA Fund for UNICEF, and as Chair of the Atlanta Federal Reserve Board.</h5>
