Global Data for BioNTech and Bristol Myers Squibb's PD-L1xVEGF-A Bispecific Pumitamig Shows Encouraging Efficacy in Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in ROSETTA Lung-02 Trial

BioNTech and Bristol Myers Squibb reported interim data from the ROSETTA Lung-02 Phase 2 trial of the PD-L1xVEGF-A bispecific pumitamig plus chemotherapy in non-small cell lung cancer. The data showed a confirmed objective response rate of 57.1% in non-squamous and 68.4% in squamous NSCLC patients with a 100% disease control rate, presented at the 2026 ASCO Annual Meeting.
