BetterCloud announced a next-generation, AI-native platform that helps IT teams manage SaaS, AI agents, and workflows through a unified operating environment. New capabilities include an IT Agent for natural language interactions, IT Cockpit dashboards, Data Explorer for plain-language queries, Activity Hub audit logging, and Agent Governance for tracking AI systems, with a human-in-the-loop model where nothing executes without approval. Additional features include dark mode, calendar policies for standardized visibility settings, and hire-date-based automation triggers for pre-boarding workflows.
