AWS is announcing the general availability of Amazon EC2 M8idn and Amazon EC2 M8idb instances, powered by custom sixth generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, available only on AWS. These instances also feature the latest sixth generation AWS Nitro cards. M8idn and M8idb deliver up to 43% better compute performance per vCPU compared to previous generation M6idn instances. Amazon EC2 M8idn instances offer up to 600 Gbps network bandwidth, the highest network bandwidth among enhanced networking EC2 instances.
